Its inevitable that when you purchase an artwork your next thought is …What about the frame?

We have a few suggestions to help you with this question so it will put your mind at ease during the decision making process.

You generally have these four options when it comes to framing your artwork:

1. Invest in professional framing

2. Purchase an off the shelf frame

3. Use a frame you already have

4. Use a hanging device like a poster or clip hanger.

Professional framing

We would always suggest this as the best option as it will ensure that your artwork is shown in the best possible way and protected and preserved for the future with the correct acid free and archival materials.

Off the shelf frame

There are many great stylish and affordable options out there. Some great places to source off the shelf frames in Australia are:

One of our absolute favourites is the MOSSEBO range from IKEA. The pricing is incredible and the Oak finish is just perfect for all our artwork. Its light, easy to hang and has acrylic plexiglass glass that won’t smash or hurt any little people if it was knocked off the wall!

 A frame you already own

If you have a frame you want the artwork to fit don’t hesitate to contact us and we will see what we can do to help. We can print custom sizes and another solution might be to get a window mount cut for your art to use an existing or non-standard size frame.

A Poster Hanger

We make poster hangers which are currently out of stock but we are working hard to have them back in later this year. In the meantime you might like to check out:
