If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received i.e no creases, fingerprints, marks or bends.
- Your item must be in the original packaging including the shipping box.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included with it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within two working days of receipt. You will receive the credit within the timeframe stated on your card issuer's policies.
Sale or discounted items
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you have been approved for a refund by us and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM
You have 14 calendar days to contact us to return an item from when you receive it.
To return an item first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you are planning on returning it so we can help organise the best method for its safe return. If you live in Melbourne we are happy to accept returns in person at our head office.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If your goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrectly shipped we will refund the cost of return shipping.
We generally don't exchange items for change of mind unless you have a really good reason. If you do, send us an email at email@example.com and we will see what we can do to help.
